As CEO and Founder at Arch Work of Wellness Inc., a female-based nonprofit, non-governmental organization she led its successful flagship program AWOW International Girls Leadership Initiative into seven countries; the United States, Trinidad and Tobago, Costa Rica, Liberia, India, Nigeria, and Ghana. In 2015, she partnered with Barclay Bank of Accra and established the R D. Wright Center (the first ICT Center/ Digital Library and Adult Literacy Learning Center) in Rural Ghana. Her Learn and Lead program was integrated in eight schools throughout villages in Ghana.
