CAROLYN WRIGHT is distinguished by her unique ability to take a vision and make it a reality through developing sound leadership talent. Carolyn’s guidance has had a tremendous impact on many young women throughout the world. During this summit, Carolyn ensures these women are exposed to different issues the world faces today that require immediate attention. Her objective of connecting women from different countries and different walks of life and bringing them together on the same platform offers cultural exchange that does not exist anywhere else in the world today.
Through her program LEARN and LEAD Carolyn has established a recognized supportive culture of innovation that attracts talent, improves communities, and enhances the lives of young women. She is directing an exciting new era of global transformative initiatives by expanding education, leadership development, entrepreneurship, and social enterprise. All of which is a testament to her commitment for the advancement of sustainable leadership.
As CEO and Founder at Arch Work of Wellness Inc., a female-based nonprofit, non-governmental organization she led its successful flagship program AWOW International Girls Leadership Initiative into seven countries; the United States, Trinidad and Tobago, Costa Rica, Liberia, India, Nigeria, and Ghana. In 2015, she partnered with Barclay Bank of Accra and established the R D. Wright Center (the first ICT Center/ Digital Library and Adult Literacy Learning Center) in Rural Ghana. Her Learn and Lead program was integrated in eight schools throughout villages in Ghana.
