Mrs. Dennis is a professional not-for-profit
management consultant, youth advocate, public speaker, and entrepreneur. She is
the Executive Director of Shine On Purpose, Inc. and the founder and Principal
Consultant of La’ Toyia Dennis & Company.

Toyia is known not only for her passion to lead and empower youth and young
girls to healthy living, but also for her passion as a servant leader. She is a
devoted minister and servant of Jesus Christ. She received a bachelor’s degree
in Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University and earned a Master
of Business Administration degree from the University of Dallas with a
certification in Not-for-Profit Management. La’ Toyia’s mission is to be the
change and live everyday with passion knowing that passion makes complacency
uncomfortable.
