Mr. Gregory
Campbell is an entrepreneur, executive and investor. He is President and CEO of Rainmaker, Inc. (www.rainmaker-inc.com),
an investment and advisory firm he founded in 1995 and continues to serve as
Managing Partner of the North Texas Opportunity Fund. Through Rainmaker, he works to build and
invest in businesses that are disruptive, scalable and noble in their
purpose.
Over the past 25
years Mr. Campbell has created and operated businesses in the real estate,
education, distribution, beverage and consulting sectors. As one of the original partners with Best
Merchant Partners, he originated, structured, and closed the five international
transactions that formed the basis of Whitney International University
System.
He served as
CEO of HBCUsonline.com, an education management company that facilitated the
online transition for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU’s) and
has been an investor in several education and technology ventures.
Mr. Campbell
previously held senior management positions with Pepsi Cola, Best Foods,
Frito-Lay and PepsiCo. He earned a
Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Harvard
Business School.
