Comfort Brown is community engagement specialist for World Vision's North Texas field site. Her more than 15 years of executive leadership experience with nonprofit organizations includes serving as executive director of St. Anthony Community Center in Dallas, where she developed socially progressive programs for children and youth that incorporated arts in education, literacy, and self-development.
Comfort has cultivated a widespread network among educators and community leaders toward the well-being of children. She holds a bachelor's degree in home economics from Illinois State University and a master nonprofit consultant certificate from the Faith and Philanthropy Institute in Dallas, and studied early childhood development at Texas Woman's University.
