Francisca Salinas Al-Waely is the Regional Manager at DATCU Credit Union,
a full service financial institution where she has worked for over 20 years.
Frances received her Associate's Degree from the North Central Community College, a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Business from Texas Woman’s University.
She is a member and board member of the Lewisville Morning Rotary Club where she has served as club secretary, treasurer and most recently club administrator.
Frances is a previous LULAC Council #4366 club president, a Denton Hispanic Chamber of Commerce treasurer, secretary and board member. She is a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow and member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.
She is married to Abdullah “Ammar” Al-Waely, a freelance journalist and mother to Zhara and Zaedoon Al-Waely.
